Pro and Business accounts are personal to the individual or organisation that created them. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Content you submit
You retain full ownership of any file or text you submit to a tool. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process that content, and you agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or harmful material.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Pro and Business plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Availability
We aim to keep every tool available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, tool errors, or reliance on tool output for critical decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
GeeksTool.io and the programgeeks team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
